Monde Nissin Corporation Technical Analysis
MONDE debuted in the Philippine Stock Exchange today, June 1, 2021, with a total turnover value of ₱3.2 billion. Thanks to the foreign investors for being responsible for 78 percent of this massive turnover value. Unfortunately, they only registered a net foreign buying worth ₱6 million. That wasn’t much help as the IPO stock closed at ₱13.48 per share, down by 0.1481 percent on its first day.
In this analysis, I’d like to share with you the status of the third, fifth, and sixth parameters of my Evergreen Strategy 2.0 when looking for a confirmed buy signal. Unfortunately, the first, second, and fourth parameters are inapplicable because MONDE doesn’t have much historical data yet.

57 of the 89 participating brokers, or 64.04% of all participants, registered a higher Buying Average than Selling Average

Synthesis
I won’t be buying MONDE until I get a bullish score for all the three parameters I mentioned above. This is because MONDE doesn’t have a confirmed buy signal yet as far as the algorithm of my Evergreen Strategy 2.0 is concerned.
What should you do if you already have MONDE in your stock portfolio? You may hold your position if your trailing stop is intact and if either the Dominant Range Index or Market Sentiment Index is bullish. Sell once your trailing stop is hit. You may use my trailing stop calculator. On the other hand, consider reducing the risk percentage on your trailing stop once both the Dominant Range Index and Market Sentiment Index are bearish.
