GERI focuses on the development of integrated tourism estates. In 2014, it was consolidated into Megaworld.

Earnings Highlights:

For the first quarter of the year, consolidated revenues reached PHP 1.66 billion. It was mainly due to real estate sales. Income from rentals increased sharply by 221 percent at PHP 86.8 million. Last year during the same period, the revenue was PHP 27 million.
Net Income for the quarter reached PHP 398.8 million, a 26.8 percent increase versus the recorded PHP 314.6 million in the same period last year.
There are three factors to consider:
- an increase in rental income
- the decrease in the cost of real estate
- the decrease in gross profit on real estate sales
According to a press release on July 9, 2018, GERI launched its second residential property in Southwoods City. It was after the strong sales from the four towers of Holland Park worth PHP 2.7 billion.

The project, Tulip Gardens, runs up to 22 floors and offers 28.5 sq. m. studio-type units and 41 sq. m. one-bedroom units. It features landscaped and manicured gardens.
Tulip Gardens has jogging paths, picnic areas, recreational zones, indoor playroom, outdoor playgrounds, a fitness center, two swimming pools, and kiddie pools.
It also features a multi-purpose hall for parties and other functions. It is near their newly-opened mall, the Southwoods Mall, and is minutes away from the South Luzon Expressway.
Total projected sales of this project is at PHP 1.2 billion.
GERI is currently trading at its 52-week lows. The price is consolidating, but stock reversal remains to be seen.
The moving averages are bearishly aligned with 15 EMA, 20 SMA, and 50 SMA as immediate resistance. However, volume has been weak so far and has not supported the downtrend.
